Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By availing services from GPM Packers And Movers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All services are provided as per the agreed scope in the quotation
• Additional services requested after commencement will incur extra charges
• We reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions are present

2. Booking & Payments

• A 20% advance payment is required to confirm booking
• Balance payment 80% At Loading Points
• We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers (no cheques)
• Cancellations within 24 hours of service may incur 15% charges

3. Packing & Handling

• We use standard packing materials unless specified otherwise
• Fragile items must be declared in advance
• Items not packed by our team are moved at owner's risk
• We are not liable for damage to improperly packed items

4. Liability & Insurance

• Basic insurance coverage is included for all transported goods
• Additional insurance can be purchased for high-value items
• Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• We are not liable for damage due to natural disasters or acts of God
• Maximum liability is limited to the declared value of goods

5. Vehicle Transportation

• Vehicles must have less than 1/4 tank of fuel
• Personal items must be removed from vehicles before transport
• Existing damage will be noted and photographed before transport
• We are not liable for mechanical failures during transport

6. Storage Services

• Storage fees are charged monthly in advance
• A 30-day notice is required for retrieval of stored items
• Perishable, hazardous or illegal items cannot be stored
• Storage insurance is mandatory for all stored goods

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate inventory of items to be moved
• Ensure proper access at both origin and destination
• Obtain necessary parking permits if required
• Be present during packing and unpacking
• Secure pets during moving operations

8. Force Majeure

GPM Packers And Movers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to:

• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
• Government actions or restrictions
• Labor disputes or strikes
• Transportation failures
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall first attempt resolution through negotiation
• Unresolved disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Ghaziabad courts
• Legal actions must be initiated within 6 months of service completion

10. General Terms

• These terms constitute the entire agreement between parties
• We reserve the right to modify terms with prior notice
• If any provision is found invalid, other provisions remain in effect
• Our failure to enforce any right doesn't constitute waiver
